When can my child start classes?
Classes can begin at any time! Our sessions run in 4-week blocks, and your tuition will be prorated based on the week you join.

What is a trial class?
Trial classes are available for new students who have not previously attended our gym. You can request a trial class through your parent portal.

How do we enroll?
Enrollment is easy! Visit www.myjags.com to create an account and select your preferred class. Once your enrollment is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email.

What if my child is more advanced than the beginner class?
If your child has prior experience, please call our front desk to schedule a quick evaluation. This ensures placement in a class that matches their skill level.

What should my child wear to class?
Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing such as a leotard, t-shirt, or shorts. Please note: no shoes or socks are allowed during class.

What happens if my child misses a class?
If a class is missed, a makeup token will be added to your account. You have 30 days to schedule a makeup class.

How do I schedule a makeup class?
Makeup classes must be scheduled by contacting the front desk or via email. Unfortunately, they cannot be scheduled online.

What is the annual fee?
Our annual fee is $35 for a single student or $55 per family, billed each February. If you join after February, the fee will be prorated. This fee covers administrative and insurance costs.

How do I drop or withdraw from a class?
To withdraw from a class, please complete a drop form at the front desk, email us, or drop the class through your iClass Pro account before the next session begins. If a class is not dropped in time, the session fees will be charged to your account and are non-refundable.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for the second (or additional) sibling(s) enrolled.
